Kate T Lawler

Potential Achieved was established by Kate T Lawler, an experienced Senior Consultant, Coach, Project Manager and Business Change Consultant with over 20 years international experience in both the public and private sector. Having led a number of high profile projects in the US, including managing change through restructuring of an organisation of 2,000 employees, her areas of expertise include strategic business development, coaching and mentoring for executives, mediation, negotiation, conflict resolution and managing for effective performance. Corporate client list includes major public and semi-state organisations and large and small private companies, including both Irish and International banks. Kate is a member of the Institute of Directors and a Fellow of the Irish Institute of Training and Development (IITD).
